House Automation can mean a lot of things.
The possibilities are close to limitless, and I can and will customise the entire automation completely to your needs and requirements.
You can keep your current lamps, switches and gate/garage or window-blind motors, if existing as they are, as they do not need to be changed to integrate them into the automation.
Anything with a remote control can be integrated into the automation, e.g. TV's / Fan's / AC's / Heaters / LED lights etc.
By the end of the install, you will receive complete access to the automation and therefore,You are always in control of your own equipment.
All components are communicating only to the local server instance installed at your premises and not to the outside world, making it a very secure system.
You can choose whether you want the server instance to have online access or not.
Remote access to your devices, as well as notifications to your phone does require online access if desired.
